Eligibility
Freshr is intended for students currently enrolled in universities. By creating an account, you confirm that:

By creating an account, you consent to receive emails and in-app notifications from Freshr regarding:

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Freshr at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.
Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice.
Limitation of Liability
Freshr is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freshr shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
