Freshr (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our app and website.By using Freshr, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

When you create an account or use our services, we may collect:

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Available Subscription Plans
Freshr offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans to access premium features:

  • Freshr Pro Monthly: Premium access for one (1) month

  • Freshr Pro Yearly: Premium access for twelve (12) months

 

Subscription prices are displayed in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.Payment and

 

Billing

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase

  • Subscription prices may vary by country and are subject to change with notice

  • All payments are processed through Apple's App Store payment system

  • You authorize Freshr to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen paymen method

Automatic Renewal

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period

  • The renewal charge will be at the then-current subscription price

  • Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings

 

Managing and Canceling Subscriptions
You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device

  2. Tap your name at the top

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Select Freshr from the list

  5. Choose Cancel Subscription

Alternatively, you can manage subscriptions directly through the App Store app on your device.

Important: To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period

  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period

  • Once a subscription period expires after cancellation, you will lose access to premium features

 

Free Trials
If Freshr offers a free trial for new subscribers:

  • The trial period will be clearly indicated at the time of subscription

  • You must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged

  • If you do not cancel, your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription

  • Payment will be charged at the end of the trial period

  • Previous subscribers may not be eligible for free trials

 

Refund Policy

  • - All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law

  • Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy

  • To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through:

  • Freshr does not process refunds directly as all payments are handled by Apple

 

Changes to Subscription Plans
Freshr reserves the right to:

  • Modify subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice

  • Add, remove, or modify subscription tiers

  • Change the features included in subscription plans

  • Users will be notified of material changes through the app or email

 

Subscription Features
Premium subscription features may include, but are not limited to:

  • Ad-free experience

  • Exclusive content and features

  • Priority support

  • Enhanced customization options

  • Early access to new features

The specific features available with your subscription are described in the app and may change over time.

 

Suspension or Termination
Freshr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription access if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service

  • You engage in fraudulent activity

  • You abuse or misuse the service

  • Required by law or legal process

In cases of suspension or termination for violation of terms, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account

  • Facilitate communication and community interaction

  • Send you relevant notifications and updates

  • Improve the performance and security of our app

  • Respond to your questions or support requests

  • Comply with legal obligations
